In the fall, you want to drink hot, healthy and tasty drinks, but they should not be confused with cocoa or coffee. To boost immunity, experts advise drinking herbal and berry teas and fruit drinks.

Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for delicious linden tea on his website, which is not only very healthy, but also tasty and budget-friendly.

To begin with, we note that linden blossom has many beneficial properties, namely, the flowers contain essential oils that calm the nervous system, stimulate the heart and blood vessels. Linden is also a good tonic and anti-inflammatory. It also improves skin condition, making it more elastic and tender.

All these wonderful properties are best revealed in teas and decoctions made from the flowers. But due to the diaphoretic and diuretic properties of linden tea, it is not recommended to drink it daily!

How to make linden tea at home

Ingredients:

  • dry linden - 2 tbsp.
  • dry cranberries - 40 g
  • water - 1 liter
  • thyme - 5 sprigs
  • honey - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Pour 2 tbsp of dried linden blossom, 40 g of dried cranberries and 5 sprigs of fresh thyme into a large teapot.

2. Boil water and pour into a teapot with herbs and berries, leave for 10 minutes.

3. Pour the tea into a cup, let it cool slightly and add the honey!
