What to do with leftover sausage: a recipe for a hearty lunch
If you've had some sausages in your fridge for a few days, use them to make a hearty lunch. You can make a simple soup from such products. You don't have to cook the meat for a long time, and the broth will be very flavorful.

Ingredients:
- potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
- medium carrot - 1 pc.
- medium onion - 1 pc.
- bay leaves - 2 pcs.
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- salt, pepper

Method of preparation:
1. Add diced potatoes to boiling water and cook for 15 minutes.
2. Fry the chopped onion and chopped carrot in a piece of butter.
3. Cut the sausages into small pieces.
4. Put in the pan with the carrots and onions and fry together for another 10-15 minutes.
5. Then put it in a pot with the potatoes, add bay leaves, salt and pepper and cook for another 10 minutes.
6. If desired, you can add more processed cheese at this stage.
7. At the end, add greens, chopped garlic, stir and remove from heat.
