What to do to prevent baked goods from burning: a simple life hack from Tetiana Lytvynova
If you like to cook delicious buns, bake pies and cakes, you should know a few life hacks that will make your dishes tasty and successful.
Cook Tetiana Lytvynova shared a life hack on TikTok that will prevent baked goods from sticking to the bottom of the mold.
The cook advises to generously grease the bottom and edges of the mold with butter, and then sprinkle with flour so that it completely covers everything.
"Then pour the dough into the mold and put it in the oven. The finished pie will not stick to the bottom and sides of the mold," explains Lytvynova.
3 Cups Apple Pie according to Tetiana Lytvynova's recipe
Ingredients:
- Semolina – 160 g
- Wheat flour – 130 g
- Sugar – 180 g
- Baking powder – 10 g
- Apples – 5 pcs
- Butter – 30 g
- Milk – 200 g
- Lemon zest – 1 pc
- Almond flakes – 20 g
Method of preparation:
1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and semolina.
2. Grate the apples in their skins, add the grated lemon zest, and mix.
3. Grease a baking dish, preferably a one-piece one.
4. Pour the flour mixture into 4 cups to equalize the amount.
5. Sprinkle the mold with the mixture from the first cup and top with a layer of apples.
6. Repeat until you run out of ingredients, there should be 4 layers.
7. Soak: melt butter in milk and pour this mixture over the cake.
8. Be sure to pierce the pie with a skewer all over the surface so that the soak soaks all the layers of the pie.
9. Put it in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180°C.
10. Sprinkle the finished pie with almond slices and put it in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Serve the pie hot with ice cream, it will be delicious!
