If you don't know what to prepare for breakfast when there is no light, the best options are: sandwiches, porridge, and scrambled eggs if you have a gas stove. It is worth noting that in the morning you need to eat nourishing, tasty food that will give you a boost of energy for several hours.

Culinarian Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, hot sandwich with tomato, avocado, bacon and onions.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Butter - 30 g
  • Avocado - 1 pc.
  • Tomato - 20 g
  • Blue onion - 10 g
  • Olive oil - 5 g
  • Fried bacon
  • Sour cream - 20 g
  • Toast - 1 piece.

Method of preparation:

1. Scramble: beat eggs in a saucepan, add butter, stir and cook over medium heat until creamy. Add sour cream, fried chopped bacon.

2. Cut tomatoes, onions, avocado, pour lemon juice and oil, add the prepared scramble.

3. Fry the bread in butter, transfer it to a dish and place the stuffing on top.

The finished dish can be sprinkled with chopped cilantro.
