What to cook without electricity: we share a recipe for an original and healthy salad
Carrots and daikon are healthy vegetables that go well together and make a delicious salad. And if you add, for example, dried apricots and tangerines, you will get a stunning holiday dish.
Cook Yulia shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, healthy, light carrot salad with sesame seeds and tangerines, with a flavorful dressing.
Ingredients:
- Carrots - 150 g
- Tangerines - 130 g
- Dried apricots - 50 g
- Daikon radish (any kind) - 100 g
- Sesame seeds - 3 g
For the dressing:
- Olive oil - 20 g
- Lemon juice - 20 g
- Pepper (ground black) - to taste
- Cinnamon (ground) - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Dressing: mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and spices.
2. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, peel the radish and cut into thin strips.
3. Cut the dried apricots into small pieces.
4. Assemble the salad: put the ingredients in a bowl and pour the sauce over them. Garnish with sliced tangerine slices and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
