1. How to cook buckwheat
It will be enough even just to pour it with cold water, leave it overnight and in the morning you will get a healthy and nutritious dish for breakfast or lunch.
2. How to cook oatmeal
It will also be enough to pour cold milk in the evening, and in the morning you will have a ready, healthy porridge for breakfast, which can be supplemented with berries, fruits and nuts.
Tip: you can boil potatoes and other vegetables such as beets, pumpkin, carrots, beans in advance and prepare healthy salads from them.
