What to cook with zucchini that has been in the fridge for a long time: a very basic and budget dish
If you have a few zucchini in the fridge, the perfect option is to make basic pancakes. For them, you need to make a simple dough, and then simply fry the products in a frying pan.

Ingredients:
- zucchini - 600 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- hard cheese - 150 g
- flour - 3-5 tbsp
- salt, pepper, granulated garlic - to taste.
- sour cream for serving

Rub the zucchini

1. Grate the zucchini.
2. Season it with salt and mix.
