Ingredients:
- minced chicken - 300 g
- zucchini - 2 medium or 1 large
- carrots - 1 pc.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- garlic - 2 cloves

- tomatoes - 1 pc.
- mozzarella cheese - 100 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.
2. Add a little salt and squeeze out excess moisture.
3. In a separate bowl, combine minced chicken with the zucchini.
4. Mix finely grated carrots, garlic, herbs, eggs and spices.
5. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour and breadcrumbs.
6. Put the zucchini and meat mass, smooth it out and add the tomato rings on top.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
8. Sprinkle with grated cheese 10-15 minutes before the end of cooking and bake until golden brown.
