What to cook with yesterday's bulgur: the perfect dish for lunch or dinner
If you have any leftover bulgur, don't rush to throw it away. It can become the basis for very satisfying and tasty cutlets. In addition, they are a complete and nutritious dish.
Food blogger Alena Kovalchuk (alenakovalchuk___blog) shared a recipe for bulgur cutlets on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- boiled bulgur
- kefir - 2 tbsp
- eggs - 1 pc
- onion
- hard cheese
- granulated garlic
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the onion and fry until tender.
2. Mix with bulgur.
3. Add the egg (or yolk), grated cheese and garlic. Mix until smooth.
4. Form cutlets.
5. Fry.
