- kefir - 2 tbsp

- onion

- granulated garlic
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the onion and fry until tender.
2. Mix with bulgur.
3. Add the egg (or yolk), grated cheese and garlic. Mix until smooth.
4. Form cutlets.
5. Fry.
