Ingredients:
- Fish fillet – 750 g
- Onion – 1 pc
- Cilantro and parsley
- Lemon zest
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Peas – 100 g
For the potato layer:
- Potatoes – 750 g
- Butter – 50 g
- Cream – 50 g (it doesn't matter, then increase the amount of milk)
- Milk – 100 g
- Mozzarella or other hard cheese – 50 g
- Salt, pepper, oil
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the potatoes, and add the grated cheese.

2. Chop the onion and fry until it turns brown. Then add the fish, herbs, garlic, and lemon zest. Stew everything, breaking up the lumps, cook for 10 minutes, and add the peas.
