1. Mackerel rolls with vegetables and cheese according to the recipe of nutritionist Alla Kovaleva

Ingredients:

  • mackerel - 2 pcs.
  • cheese - 100 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrot - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 1 clove.
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • olive oil - 2-3 tbsp
  • greens - a bunch
  • salt - to taste
  • pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Gut the fish well, and carefully divide it into fillets.

2. Wash, chop, and fry the vegetables.

3. Grate the cheese.

4. Put the fillet on a baking sheet, top with vegetables, and sprinkle with cheese and spices.

5. Roll the fillet into rolls, be sure to squeak with a toothpick.

6. Put in the oven and cook for about 25-30 minutes at 180°C.

The dish will be delicious both hot and cold.

Ingredients:

  • mackerel - 2 pcs.
  • potatoes - 5-6 pcs.
  • onions - 2 pcs.
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • lemon - 1/2 pc.
  • spices and herbs - 1 tsp.
  • vegetable oil - 20 ml
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Wash and gut the fish well, cut off the head, and be sure to cut off the fins.

2. Then cut it into portions.

3. Cut the onion and lemon into rings.

4. Cut the potatoes into slices, add pepper, salt, oil and mix well.

5. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet or baking dish, and top with the fish, onions, and lemon.

6. Finally, put the sliced tomatoes on top and sprinkle with herbs.

7. Put the dish in the oven for 1 hour at 180°C.
