Ingredients:
- fresh cabbage – 200 g
- boiled sausage – 100 g
- canned peas – 100 g
- mayonnaise – 40 g
- sour cream 15% – 50 g
- onion – half 1 pc
- salt, pepper – to taste
How to prepare:
- Chop the cabbage.
- Cut the sausage into strips, add canned peas, and diced onions.
- Season with sour cream and mayonnaise
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
Casserole with cabbage and minced meat anna_life_blog
Ingredients:
- cabbage – 1 pc
- carrots – 2 pcs
- eggs – 4 pcs
- breadcrumbs – 100 g
- minced meat – 500 g
- oil – 1 tbsp
- cheese – 100 g
- salt and spices to taste
Method of preparation:
- Chop the cabbage, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
- Add salt, and spices to taste, and mix well.
- Add minced meat, breadcrumbs, and eggs to the vegetables.
- Mix everything.
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, grease with vegetable oil, spread the minced meat evenly, and flatten with a spoon.
- Align the edges, put the dish in a preheated oven to 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle the casserole evenly with grated cheese and return to the oven for 15 minutes.

- cabbage – 700 g
- eggs – 2 pcs
- onion – 2 pcs
- semolina – 4-5 tbsp
- salt – 1 tsp

Method of preparation:
- Finely chop the cabbage.
- Boil until half-cooked.
- Fry the onion.
- Squeeze the cabbage, and drain the excess water.
- Add eggs, onions, semolina, herbs, spices.
- Mix everything.
- Leave for 10 minutes.
- Form patties and fry until golden brown.
