The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious dish made of eggs, cheese and carrots for breakfast and snack.

Ingredients:

  • Hard cheese - 70 g
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Spinach
  • Tomato - 1 pc.

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the cheese and carrots. Beat the eggs.

2. Put the cheese in a frying pan, carrots on top, pour the egg mixture, spinach and tomatoes on top.

3. Roll up and cut in half!
