It is a traditional Transcarpathian porridge that is very satisfying and has a delicate taste because it is made with a lot of cream, potatoes, and cheese. Therefore, this culinary masterpiece will definitely feed a large family.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 500 g
  • corn grits - 400 g
  • 30% cream - 300 ml
  • hard cheese - 200 g
  • butter - 50 g

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces.

2. Boil in salted water for 15-20 minutes until tender.

3. Drain and mash the potatoes.
