Ingredients:

  • green beans - 400-500 g
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves.
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • sesame oil - 5 ml
  • white sesame seeds - 20 g
  • pepper - 2 g
  • butter - 20 g
  • salt - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the asparagus beans, cut into 2-3 cm pieces, place in water for 5-7 minutes, then transfer to a saucepan with cold salted water, cook until boiling and then another 7-10 minutes.
  2. Put it in a colander and place it in cold water for 2-3 minutes, this will restore its elasticity and bright color.
  3. Drain again in a colander to prevent it from becoming watery.
  4. Fry the sesame seeds until golden brown in a dry frying pan.
  5. Melt the butter in a deep frying pan, add the pepper and chopped garlic, add the beans immediately, stir and fry for about 3 minutes.
  6. Then gently add flour and sesame seeds, mix thoroughly, add salt to taste and turn off the heat.

Drizzle the dish with sesame oil before serving; it will be delicious both hot and cold.

2. Fried green beans with garlic and paprika

Ingredients:

  • green beans - 300-400 g
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves.
  • chili pepper - 1 pc.
  • ground paprika - 1/4 tsp.
  • sesame oil - 1-2 tbsp.
  • sesame seeds - 1-3 tbsp.
  • cloves - 2-3 pcs.
  • soy sauce - 2-3 tbsp.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash and chop the beans, put them in boiling water for 5 minutes, then put them in cold water for 3-5 minutes to make them crispy and bright.
  2. Chop the garlic and chili pepper as finely as possible.
  3. Fry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
  4. Pour the sesame oil into a large frying pan, let it boil, throw the beans into the boiling oil, and stir.
  5. After a few seconds, add soy sauce, chopped garlic, chili, salt, and spices and mix thoroughly, fry for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Turn off the heat and add the sesame seeds.

Serve cold and hot - it will be equally delicious.

3. Asparagus bean pie

Ingredients:

  • asparagus beans - 200 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • kefir - 230 ml
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • butter - 20 g
  • carrots - 50 g
  • flour - 1 cup
  • baking soda - 0.5 tsp
  • salt - 0.5 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash and finely chop the green beans, boil them in boiling water for about 5 minutes, and put them in cold water for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, and fry in vegetable oil for about 5 minutes to make the onion soft and golden.
  3. Dough: beat eggs with salt and kefir, add well-sifted flour, and baking soda, and mix thoroughly to make the consistency of liquid sour cream.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the beans, fried onions, and carrots, and add salt if necessary.
  5. Grease a baking dish generously with butter, pour half of the dough, put the vegetables, and top with the dough.
  6. Put in the oven for 30-45 minutes at 170-180 C.

The finished cake is best eaten chilled.
