- eggs - 3 pcs.
- flour - 350 g.
- kefir - 200 ml.
- sugar - 100 g.
- butter - 200 g.
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- vanilla, salt
Method of preparation:
1. Beat soft butter with sugar until white.
2. Add eggs one at a time while beating.
3. Add kefir.
4. Add baking powder with flour, vanilla and salt.
5. 2 spoons of dough is used for one waffle.
6. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
