Ingredients:

  • mashed potatoes - 200 g
  • pressed yeast - 15 g
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
  • salt - a pinch
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • flour - 250 g

For the filling:

  • cherries - 500 g
  • juice from cherries - 80 ml
  • sugar - 120 g
  • corn starch - 2 tbsp.

Optional:

  • Strong tea - for lubrication

Method of preparation:

1. To make mashed potatoes: finely chop two potatoes, cover with water, and cook until tender. Do not add salt.
