What to cook real Italian lasagna from: you can do it very quickly at home

Lasagna is a traditional Italian dish served in restaurants all over the world. It is considered to be very sophisticated, but in fact, the ingredients are as simple as possible. Therefore, you can easily make it at home.

Ingredients:

  • onion – 1 pc.
  • carrots – 1 pc (can be without carrots)
  • minced meat – 700 g
  • tomato sauce – 300 ml
  • spices – to taste (pepper, salt, dry garlic, Provencal herbs, suneli hops)

Method of preparation:

1. Fry onions in vegetable oil, and add carrots.

2. Stew, add the minced meat, fry for 4-5 minutes.

3. Add tomato sauce, salt and spices, simmer for 7 minutes.

Ingredients for the bechamel sauce:

  • butter – 70 g
  • flour – 3-4 tbsp.
  • milk – 0.6 liters
  • nutmeg, salt, pepper

How to make the sauce:

1. Melt the butter over the fire, add the flour, and stir.

2. Pour in cold milk, stir well until the sauce thickens, and add spices and salt.

3. Layer: meat sauce, cheese, white sauce, leaves, and so on. Leave the white bechamel sauce as the top layer, sprinkle with cheese, and place in the oven for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
