The really delicious pancakes are fluffy, moderately fatty, and golden. Traditionally, they are made with milk, kefir, whey, or water. However, the taste is primarily influenced by the sequence of mixing the ingredients. Namely, the addition of baking soda.

Ingredients:

  • flour - 240 g
  • kefir 2.5% - 250 ml
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 2 tbsp without a slide
  • salt - a pinch
  • baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the egg with sugar and salt.

2. Heat the kefir a little in the microwave.

3. Gradually add it to the egg mixture.

4. Stir in the sifted flour.

5. You should get a thick homogeneous dough. If it is liquid, add a little flour.

6. If it is too stiff, add kefir.

7. Only then sift the baking soda on top, mix thoroughly and quickly.

8. Leave the dough for 10-15 minutes.

9. Fry the pancakes.
