The idea of cooking delicious young potatoes with peas was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname stasia.creator. You don't even need to peel the vegetable, which saves time.
Ingredients:
- young potatoes - 1 kg.
- peas - 300 g
- a bunch of spinach
- a bunch of young onions or leeks
- mushrooms - 200-300 g
- cream - 150 ml.
- for serving greens (parsley/dill)
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly (peel if desired).
2. Boil in salted water.
3. At the same time, fry the chopped onion, mushrooms, spinach, and peas in a frying pan.
4. Add boiled potatoes and cream to the stewed vegetable mixture.
5. Stir and cook for a few more minutes.
