Green onions are a great ingredient for salads or soups. They can be eaten simply as a snack with bacon and bread. And if you have a lot of these greens, make simple and very budget-friendly pancakes. They are delicious served with sour cream.
The idea of making basic green onion pancakes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna with the nickname annet days. You only need four ingredients.
Ingredients for 15 pieces:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- salt to taste
- flour - 3 tbsp
- green onions - 200 g
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with salt with a whisk.
2. Gradually add flour.
3. Stir to obtain the consistency of thick sour cream.
4. Chop the green onions and add to the dough. Mix well.
5. Fry on both sides.
6. Serve with sour cream. They are best eaten warm.
