Ingredients:
- minced meat - 250 g
- onion - 1\2 pcs
- broccoli - 40 g
- pumpkin - 40 g
- eggs 1 pc
- fine cereal 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. First, prepare some ingredients: chop the broccoli, chop the onion, and grate the pumpkin.
2. Mix the prepared ingredients with minced meat, cereals, and egg.
3. To form the cutlets.
4. Pour a little water into a frying pan or saucepan, put on fire. Put the cutlets in.
5. Add bay leaves and allspice. Cook the cutlets under a lid over high heat for 20 minutes.
