Fish is usually classified as one of those foods that children often refuse. Fortunately, however, it can be cooked very successfully in the form of a casserole, supplemented with vegetables. It turns out to be a very light and nutritious dish at the same time.
The recipe for a fish casserole with vegetables was published on one of the culinary blogs (moireceptuforeva) on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- fish – 150 g
- carrots – 1\4 pcs
- onion – a small piece
- eggs – 1 pc
- zucchini – 2 rings
- oatmeal – 1 tbsp
- vegetable oil/butter – 1 tsp
- salt (for children after 1 year)
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the fish from the skin and bones. ⠀
2. Chop carrots, onions and zucchini.
3. Put the fish, carrots, onions, zucchini, oil, cereal, and egg in a blender bowl. Blend everything until smooth.
4. Put the resulting mass into a baking dish greased with oil.
5. Bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
