The cook Roksolana (roksolana.harasymiv) shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious dish of potatoes, pumpkin, and chicken, which is ideal for a hearty and healthy dinner.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 4 pcs.
  • pumpkin - 200 g
  • chicken fillet - 1 pc.
  • olive oil - 2-3 tbsp.
  • spices - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the potatoes, pumpkin, fillet into cubes, put in a bowl, add spices and olive oil, mix well.

2. Put everything on a baking sheet.

3. Cook in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes at 180°C.
