What to cook for breakfast with young cabbage: recipe by Lesya Nikityuk
For a light and nutritious breakfast, young cabbage is ideal. It is juicy, crunchy and extremely healthy. In addition, it is cooked quite quickly. So if you don't have much time to cook in the morning, make these pancakes.
Lesya Nikitiuk's breakfast idea was shared by the Novy Channel editorial team on their Instagram page. You only need 4 ingredients.
Ingredients:
- young cabbage - 1/4 pc.
- carrots - 1/2 pc.
- flour - 1 tbsp.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the cabbage.
2. Grate the carrots coarsely.
3. Stir.
4. Add a little flour, salt and pepper to the vegetable mixture to taste.
5. Crack an egg on top of each "pancake".
6. When serving, garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
