Due to the constant power outages in Ukraine, it is not always possible to prepare a hearty and balanced lunch. This is a real problem for mothers, because children need to have a nutritious diet. In this case, you can make hearty and very simple cheese sticks. They can be stored longer, and it takes only 30 minutes to prepare such a dish.
Food blogger Iryna Smachnenko (ira.smachnenko) shared her idea of what can be prepared quickly for children in case of constant power outages on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- durum wheat flour - 7 tbsp.
- eggs - 1 pc
- yogurt - 2 tbsp
- olive oil - 1 tbsp
- mozzarella - 125 g
Cooking method:
1. Mix all the ingredients, grate the cheese.
2. Mix everything thoroughly and put it into strips.
3. Bake, lower mode with convection, temperature 190 degrees, 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
