Everyone knows that chicken meat is considered dietary and the least fatty. And if you want to make low-calorie cutlets, minced chicken is the perfect base for the dish. And if you add just a few vegetables and bake the cutlets in the oven, this dish will be beyond compare.

Ingredients:

  • minced chicken - 800 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrot - 1 pc.
  • zucchini - 1 pc.
  • rice - 100 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • salt, dry garlic, sweet paprika

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the onion, and grate the carrots. Fry the onion until golden brown, then add the carrots and simmer until soft.

2. Boil the rice until half cooked.

3. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. Season with salt. Drain to remove excess moisture.

4. Combine all the necessary ingredients for the cutlets and add spices.

5. Form the patties. Put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
