What to cook a cupcake with to make it fluffy and moist: a recipe
A perfectly cooked cupcake is moist, flavorful, and very fluffy. To achieve this result, it is advised to use cottage cheese, preferably with high-fat content, as well as kefir in baking. The dough is extremely easy to prepare, everything is baked very quickly, and the result is a dessert that you're not even ashamed to serve for tea on a festive table.
Food blogger Viktoriia (vika_tasty) shared a recipe for a kefir cottage cheese cupcake on her Instagram page, which turns out to be moist and very flavorful.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 200 g
- sugar – 170 g
- vanillin
- kefir – 100 g
- eggs – 3 pcs
- flour – 320 g
- butter – 130 g
- baking powder – 2 tsp.
- cranberries\dried cherries
Method of preparation:
1. Cottage cheese mixed with sugar.
2. Add to the mass of kefir. Mix well.
3. Add the eggs. Beat the mass with a blender until smooth.
4. Pour the melted butter and add the flour with vanilla and baking powder. Mix well.
5. Add dried fruit at the end.
6. Pour the batter into the mold. Bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
