Ingredients:
- red fish fillet - 2 pcs
- butter (soft) - 4-5 tbsp
- lemon - 1 pc (large)
- garlic - 4 large cloves
- herbs (parsley)
- cherry tomatoes
- asparagus beans (can be frozen)
- pepper
- olive oil
Method of preparation:
1. Put the fish fillets in a mold.
2. Add chopped or squeezed garlic, zest of 1 lemon, juice of 1/2 lemon, chopped parsley, and pepper to the butter.
3. Mix everything.
4. Smear the fish with the sauce.
5. Cut the tomatoes in half. Put the beans, if frozen, into boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes.
6. Then put them in cold water and add to the tomatoes.
7. Drizzle with olive oil and juice of 1/2 lemon.
8. Add the vegetables to the fish.
9. Bake at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
