What to bake chicken drumsticks with to make them crispy: recipe for a simple marinade
Drumsticks are the easiest part of a chicken carcass to cook. It is the legs that are most often chosen for roasting. But it's very important to choose the right marinade for this dish so that a crispy crust forms and the meat is saturated with spicy, rich flavors.
Food blogger Anna (cooking_by_anya) shared her recipe for marinating chicken drumsticks in a delicious sauce on her Instagram page.
Ingredients for the marinade:
- ketchup - 2 liters
- soy sauce - 1.5 liters
- salt - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 1 tsp.
- paprika - 1 tsp.
The rest of the ingredients:
- drumsticks
- garlic
Method of preparation:
1. For the sauce, mix all the ingredients.
2. Add garlic and sauce to the drumsticks.
3. Mix everything well.
4. Put in a mold/baking sheet.
5. Cover with foil.
6. Bake at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
7. Remove the foil.
8. Bake for another 10-15 minutes.
