What to add to the fillet to make it juicy and tasty: tips from the chef
Chicken fillet is an excellent dietary, healthy product that can be used to prepare many delicious dishes, such as chops, meatballs, cutlets, and added to salads. This product is often used to prepare meals for children.
Chef Anatolii Dobrovolskyi shared on Instagram the secrets of cooking chicken fillet, which will make it juicy, tender, and soft (to watch the video, scroll to the end)
The chef advises to cook this meat on charcoal, and before that, salt it well, pepper it, add spices and sauce, and set aside the meat for 1 hour to marinate.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 2 pcs
- Teriyaki sauce – 1 tbsp
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Dry garlic – 1 tsp
- Dry onion – 1 tsp
- Ground coriander – 1/2 tsp
- Salt and pepper – to taste
- Pickled onions, chopped herbs and pomegranate for garnish
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet in half lengthwise.
2. Season well with salt and pepper, add teriyaki sauce, coriander, dried onions, garlic, and olive oil, and mix.
3. Then put the meat on a skewer and grill over the coals.
4. Put the cooked meat on the pita bread, add the pickled onions and pomegranate seeds on top.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
