Tasty and satisfying pancakes, like cheesecakes, are one of the best breakfasts. As it turns out, the usual pancake dough can be prepared in a completely new way, namely with cottage cheese. Even without a gram of flour, the pancakes are tall, fluffy, and disappear from the table in minutes.

The recipe for cottage cheese pancakes was shared by food blogger Vira (vera.food.life) on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese – 200 g
  • natural yogurt – 50 g
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • corn starch – 50 g
  • baking powder – 1\2 tsp.
  • sugar substitute/sweetener
  • vanilla

Method of preparation:

1. Mix cottage cheese, yogurt and egg until smooth.

2. Mix starch and baking powder. Add to the cottage cheese.

3. Add vanilla and sweetener. Mix until smooth.

4. Fry the pancakes on both sides.
