What to add to pumpkin pancakes to make them tall and puffy
Pumpkins are already appearing in stores. So while you can, you should use pumpkin in all your dishes as much as possible. In addition to pumpkin porridge, casseroles or pies, you can also make pancakes. They take just a few minutes to prepare and are perfect for a delicious breakfast.
Food blogger Oksana Bilinska (oxana_bil) shared a recipe for pumpkin pancakes with milk on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- pumpkin - 500 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- milk - 80 ml
- salt - a pinch
- sugar - 50 g
- flour - 125 g
- soda - 5 g
Method of preparation:
1. First, prepare the pumpkin: peel and grate it.
2. Then mix the pumpkin with eggs, milk, salt, and sugar. Stir well.
3. Add flour and baking soda. Mix until smooth.
4. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
