What to add to potato zrazy to make them golden: a simple dish
Potatoes are a product that darkens very quickly. Therefore, if you make zrazy from this vegetable, they can also lose their color. To prevent this from happening, you should add a few very simple ingredients.
The idea of making golden potato zrazy was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Myroslava Krutiy. This technique involves adding semolina to potato dough.
Ingredients:
- mashed potatoes - 1 kg 200 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- semolina - 1 tbsp.
- flour - 2 tbsp.
- baking powder - almost 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix everything well. The mass is sticky, but it should be, so there is no need to overdo with flour. Add a little baking powder.
2. Roll the dough in flour and then form the zrazy.
3. The filling can be different. For example, 3 boiled eggs, 150 g of cottage cheese, a bunch of green onions and a few leaves of green garlic. Salt and pepper to taste.
4. You can add 1 tbsp of sour cream to make the filling juicier.
5. Grate the eggs, finely chop the herbs and mix well.
6. Fry until golden brown.
