Tip: to prevent the potatoes from darkening, grate the potatoes and onions on a fine grater, making sure to alternate between them so that the potatoes retain their color.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 1 kg
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 2 cloves.
- flour - 3 tbsp.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sour cream - 3 tbsp
- oil for frying
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes and onions and grate them, alternating.
2. Grate or chop the garlic with a knife and add to the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper, add the egg, sour cream and flour, and mix well.
3. Pour a little oil into a frying pan, heat and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
4. Put the finished deruny on paper napkins to remove excess oil.
