Macaroni and cheese and fillet are nothing new. But even such a seemingly familiar dish can be prepared in a new way by adding one simple ingredient – sun-dried tomatoes. They give the dish a very pleasant aroma and exquisite taste.
Food blogger Nadia Oranska (nadia.oranska) shared a recipe for pasta with sun-dried tomatoes and fillet on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- sun-dried tomatoes – 6-8 pcs.
- turkey fillet 1/2 pc\chicken fillet – 1 pc
- mozzarella cheese – 100 g
- cream – 200 ml
- pasta – 150 g
- spices: salt, pepper, sweet paprika, dried basil, oregano
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the pasta until almost done (about 2 minutes less than indicated on the package).
2. Meanwhile, fry the tomatoes with the fillet, adding spices.
3. Add the grated cheese, pour the cream, and simmer for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
4. Sprinkle with parmesan and herbs at the end.
