The hostesses of the Facebook culinary blog Whisper advise adding mayonnaise to the dough instead of milk. This way, the pancakes will be firm, elastic, and won't tear.

Ingredients:
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- mayonnaise - 200 g
- sugar - 400 g
- vegetable oil - 50 ml
- flour - 400-500 g
- milk - 500 ml
- cottage cheese - 500 g
- vanilla flavoring
Method of preparation:
- Beat eggs with 200 g of sugar.
- Add oil and mayonnaise, mix well.
- Add half of the total amount of milk, combine everything with a spoon.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Pour in the rest of the milk, make the dough homogeneous.
- Fry on both sides until golden brown.
- Filling: beat cottage cheese, 200 g of sugar and vanilla flavoring in a blender.
- Brush over the pancakes.

It is better to choose thick jam. If the jam is too thin, you can add a tablespoon of starch or flour and boil
