The idea of cooking okroshka with whey was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Karyna with the nickname karinka_maliarenko. Chicken is the most suitable meat.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 5 pcs.
- chicken breast or fillet - 1 pc.
- cucumber - 2 pcs.
- radish - 10 pcs.
- green onions
- dill
- parsley
- whey - 1.5-2 liters
- sour cream - 3-4 tablespoons
- mustard - half a spoon
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Put the diced eggs, chicken breast, cucumbers, and radishes in a deep dish.
2. Add chopped green onions, dill and parsley.
3. Pour whey over this mixture and add sour cream and mustard.
4. Mix everything well.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. You can also add potatoes to taste.
