Tip from the cook: add boiled cabbage to the minced meat, it will "hold" the minced meat together!
Ingredients:
- veal - 250-300 g
- carrots - 1 pc.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- onion - 1/2 pc.
- salt and spices - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the cabbage and cook it beforehand.
2. Make minced meat from the meat.
3. Grate the onion and carrot on a fine grater and add to the minced meat, add the eggs, boiled cabbage, and spices and mix well.
4. Shape the patties by hand, place them on a baking sheet, and place in a preheated oven at 180 C for 30-35 minutes.
