Very often, homemade cutlets are not juicy and tasteless. To make the cutlets juicy, add grated zucchini to the minced meat.

The cook shared a recipe for delicious, soft, juicy chicken cutlets with grated zucchini on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • Minced chicken - 500 g
  • Zucchini - 350 g (grate on a fine grater)
  • Onion - 1 piece (small)
  • Dill - to taste
  • Sour cream - 2 tsp
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Salt, pepper, turmeric - to taste
  • Butter - for baking

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the zucchini on a fine grater, add salt and leave for 10 minutes. Squeeze out the liquid, add the onion, blended in a blender with dill and sour cream.

2. Add the egg, salt, pepper, turmeric and mix well.

3. Fry the cutlets in a preheated frying pan on the sides until golden brown. After that, transfer them to a baking dish, add a little butter and bake for 25 minutes at 200 C.
