Homemade cutlets can be prepared not only from meat, but also very tasty will be from fish, rice, crab sticks, buckwheat. To make them juicy, cooks advise adding raw vegetables to the mince.

The cook shared in Instagram a recipe for very juicy, delicious and easy to prepare cutlets with potatoes.

Ingredients:

  • minced meat - 500 g
  • onion - 1 pc
  • potatoes - 1 pc
  • egg - 1
  • salt, pepper
  • breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp. l

Vegetables:

  • onion - 1 pc
  • carrots - 1 pc
  • bell pepper - 1 pc
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs
  • salt, pepper
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Add grated onion, grated potatoes, egg, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs to minced meat, mix thoroughly.

2. Form cutlets and fry until cooked on both sides.

3. Fry onions, carrots and bell peppers, add tomatoes, salt, pepper and tomato paste.

4. Place vegetables on the bottom of the mold, top with cutlets and bake for 10 minutes.
