Chicken cutlets are a tasty, meaty, but not greasy dish that can be cooked in a frying pan, oven, double boiler, or slow cooker. The main thing when cooking is to make good minced meat so that it is neither liquid nor thick.

Cook Tetiana shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious chicken cutlets with zucchini, which are very juicy and tasty.

Tip: add zucchini to the minced meat, it will make the cutlets juicy and soft!

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet –  600 g
  • zucchini – 200 g
  • white bread – 2-3 slices
  • onion – 1 pc
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • sour cream – 1 tbsp
  • salt, pepper – to taste
  • oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Grind the fillet, zucchini, onion, garlic, and bread in a meat grinder.

2. Add the egg, sour cream, salt and pepper and mix.

3. Heat a frying pan with oil, and put the minced meat in a spoonful.

4. Fry the cutlets on medium heat on both sides.
