What to add to minced chicken cutlets to make them juicy and not fall apart: just 2 simple ingredients
Chicken cutlets are very tasty, easy to prepare, and even dietary if they are not fried in oil. To make them juicy and soft, add zucchini or potatoes to the minced meat.
Cook Valentyna Sayenko shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious chicken cutlets, which are made with these two vegetables and are juicy and keep their perfect shape.
Ingredients:
- Minced chicken - 800 g
- Onion - 2 pcs.
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Zucchini - 1 pc.
- Potatoes - 1 pc.
- Salt, pepper, dry garlic - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini and potatoes on a fine grater, remove the excess liquid and add to the minced meat.
2. Add the spices and egg yolk, chopped onion, and mix well.
3. Form cutlets with wet hands and fry on both sides until golden brown.
4. Next, place them on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for about 5 minutes at 180°C.
