What to add to liver cutlets so that they do not fall apart: one simple ingredient
Liver should definitely be in every person's diet because it is extremely healthy. And the simplest dish that can be prepared from this product is cutlets. But to make them juicy and keep their shape, you should add one very simple ingredient to the mass.
The idea of making liver cutlets was published on the Instagram page of nutritionist Marharyta with the nickname pp_with_lady_r. It is all about adding oatmeal.
Ingredients:
- 600 g of chicken liver
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 egg
- 4-5 tbsp of oatmeal
- 2 tbsp of sour cream 10-15% fat
- salt, dry garlic, favorite spices, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Beat oatmeal in a blender.
2. Rinse chicken liver well, changing water several times. Peel, cut and put it in a blender bowl with chopped onions, carrots and egg.
3. Put the minced meat into a large bowl, add oatmeal, sour cream, salt, pepper and dry garlic.
4. Mix everything well.
5. Heat a pan and fry cutlets in melted butter. It is best to use a non-stick frying pan.
