Ingredients:
- liver - 600 g
- minced meat - 400 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- semolina - 3 tbsp
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the liver.
2. Add the chopped onion.
3. Add the eggs.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Stir and add the semolina.
6. Stir again.
7. Fry over medium heat until tender.
