Lasagna is a delicious casserole with minced meat, which is made according to a classic recipe with potatoes. But in the fall, you can choose another ingredient as the basis. Namely, pumpkin. The dish will be much healthier.
The idea of cooking lasagna with pumpkin was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia Fedyuk (fedyk.yulka).
Method of preparation:
1. Bake the pumpkin.
2. Beat with a blender together with cream cheese.
3. Bring to taste.
4. Make the bolognese sauce.
5. Form the lasagna: put a little pumpkin sauce in the mold.
6. Lay out the lasagna sheets (you can boil them for a minute for softness).
7. Put the bolognese sauce.
8. Pumpkin sauce again and so on in a circle.
9. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
