Korean carrots are a staple ingredient in many dishes, or they are eaten as an independent snack. And this vegetable is prepared in completely different ways. If you want the product to be juicy and flavorful, you should add spicy oil.

Ingredients:
- 700 g of carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp of coriander
- black pepper, red pepper to taste.
- 2 tsp vinegar (5%)
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the carrots on a special grater, add sugar and salt, mix, and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Make a small hole in the middle and add pepper and coriander.
3. Fry the onions in vegetable oil until golden brown, discard the onions (they are only needed for flavor).
4. Pour hot oil into the well with the spices (this will bring out the flavor and aroma even more). Stir.
5. At the end, squeeze 4 cloves of garlic, add vinegar, mix, and refrigerate for several hours.
