Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 4 pcs
- Flour – 150 g
- Milk – 100 ml
- Onion – 2 pcs
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Egg – 1 pc
- Butter – 50 g
- White bread – 1 slice
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Soak the bread in milk.
2. Roll the fillet, onion and garlic.
3. Put the minced meat in a bowl and add the bread and milk.
4. Crack an egg in there.
5. Add the spices.
6. Finally, add the flour and mix thoroughly.
7. Form the patties with wet hands.
8. Fry until golden brown on both sides and transfer to a baking dish, put in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Cutlets are best served immediately, hot, with sour cream and herbs.
