What to add to cutlets to make them juicy: a very simple ingredient
To make cutlets juicy and fluffy, soaked bread is often added to the minced meat. But if you add too much of this ingredient, the flavor of the meat is interrupted. Therefore, the ingredient should be replaced with regular sour milk cheese.
The idea of cooking cutlets with sour milk cheese was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria with the nickname cook_with_me_at_home.
Ingredients:
- minced chicken - 500 g
- sour milk cheese - 250 g
- flour - 70 g
- sour cream - 70 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- hard cheese - 100 g
- spices: salt, pepper - to taste
- oil
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the sour milk cheese with a fork, mix it with the minced chicken.
2. Add grated hard cheese, sour cream, eggs, spices and flour.
3. Stir until smooth. Heat a frying pan with oil well.
4. Spoon the minced meat into the pan, forming a cutlet.
5. Fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
6. Put the finished cutlets in a saucepan, cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
7. These cutlets can also be baked in the oven on greased parchment at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
