What to add to cottage cheese casserole to make it tender and airy
A perfectly cooked cottage cheese casserole is delicate, airy and moderately moist. You don't need to add eggs to make the dessert look like this and keep its shape well. Milk and semolina will help with this. But before you add the ingredients to the dough, you need to bring them to the desired consistency on the stove.
Food blogger Kateryna shared a recipe for cottage cheese casserole with semolina and milk on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 350 g
- milk - 100 ml
- semolina - 3 tbsp
- butter - 20 g
- sugar - 3 tbsp
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Heat the milk slightly and add semolina to it. Bring the mass to homogeneity.
2. Mix cottage cheese, sugar and salt.
3. Add the semolina mixture to the cottage cheese. Beat everything with a blender until smooth.
4. Grease a baking dish with butter. Pour the cottage cheese mass into it.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
